About Me.

I’m Michael von der Forst – designer, photographer, and founder of medianautik.

For over 25 years, I have worked across classic graphic design, digital media, and photography. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design and a Chamber of Commerce certification as a Social Media Manager, I combine experience, curiosity, and creative confidence – both analog and digital.

medianautik is my studio – intentionally streamlined, flexible, and personal.
I work as a freelancer with a strong network of independent creatives – from graphic designers and developers to copywriters and stylists. For each project, I put together a custom team – precisely tailored to the task and goals.

Today, my clear focus is on photography:
I photograph people – in business, in self-employment, on stage, or in everyday life. Personal, on location, with calmness and genuine interest.

In addition to commissioned work, I also realize artistic photography projects, where I capture special themes, atmospheres, and characters – authentic, expressive, and with my own view of the world.

Whether corporate communications, portrait series, artistic photo essays, or individual visual concepts: I help make people and stories visible – honest, professional, and full of character.

· Social Media Manager (IHK), IHK Nord Westfalen, November 2022.
